We will review ALL submitted forms and provide an email reply as to whether or not our firm can or will assist with your requests. Any and all project/product requirements outside our service area may be referred to others (see section 5)

5) Courteous referrals to outside agency(s) for follow up, in the event we can or shall not process inquiries.

6) Ample protection for our firm against unauthorized, purposeless and/or profane inquiries.

7) Clear instructions by/for, CONTRACTOR email requests to clarify our review of Project Profile Form. We shall assist in a 'best effort' fashion, to meet the parameters required, PRIOR TO ACCEPTING ANY ORDER for our services, products or covered costs, on a project by project basis, at the sole discretion of ARTI. Products, Services and Reimbursed Expenses as follows:

  • Consultation for Material recommendations .
  • Consultation for Application recommendations.
  • Consultation on/for/to written Specifications.
  • Scope of Work Documents.
  • Material Supply.
  • Costs associated with custom order samples or manufacturers literature.
  • Costs associated with Postage and Handling.
  • Or other services deemed reasonable to our area of our expertise and within the guidelines of our industry...

8) Email or other written acknowledgments prior to commencement of fee based work. Should the customer accept our quote(s) for material(s), service(s), postage or other fees, charges and tax, we will require advance payment via credit card. A link and/or 'Word' format form will be emailed to those pre qualified via Guest Book and Project Profile forms to enter our 'On-Line' Purchase Center.
